The Youth group was developed by Pastor Carl Meade through the vision God gave to him that the young people has gone astray. This vision came in 2002 when Pastor Meade was in prayer and fast where he received a vision directing him to target young people. In the coming year's young people will be the major problem in society because of technology and a hunger for excitement. The Lord spoke to him in California 2002 to build Youths of Integrity. At that time he was eagerly looking for a leader to take the young people to another level. The only young person available for that position was a young ordained Minister by the name of Collin Weekes who has showed a great desire of walking in integrity because he followed Pastor Meade closely and adapted his lifestyle. That was when Y.I.P was born. In the early part of the youth establishment there was a great fire upon the young people. At one time there were forty young people as a group in WOCM. The youths grow from strength to strength and anything they desired to do was accomplished. This impressed Pastor Meade and energized him to move forward. However great attacks came upon the youth group and youths began to move on in lifestyle and seek greener pastures for excitement, because the devil's delicacies seem more tasteful than what God had to offer. The group had to be dismantled on many occasions because of the fire that was plaguing the youth group at WOCM. In the year 2009 the youth group was restructured and Sister Soohann Meade was appointed as the modern day president. There and then the youth group started with a handful of young people about 15 in total. She served the youth group and rebuilt its foundation as Nehemiah rebuilt the walls. The youth arm was maintained and stabled by Sis Soohann Meade by that time, who is now Mrs. Soohann Bruce, who got married in the year 2011 and decided to release the youth group back in the body of the church. After, Pastor Meade searched the handful of youths who survived under the leadership of Sister Soohann Bruce. He was looking for someone to replace her until the suitable person became available. There and then he saw a young girl full of charisma, potential and ready to challenge things that God placed before her. This person was no other than our newly born again, Kadijah Birkett. For one year (1) she held the position of youth president guiding the youths to the best of her ability after passing the mantel to the present youth President Alex George. Within the few months Alex has been observed to be doing well, so we know God is using him.

In 2014 Alex was ordain as a Deacon and the Youth Pastor of W.O.C.M and has been working with the youth group to the best of his ability. He also graduate from Open Bible Institute of Theology in 2015 with a Diploma in Pastoral Ministries.  The committee and leadership of World Outreach Church Ministries hereby supports and encourages Alex to stand firm and be strong in the Lord as he leads the youth in the vision of the Pastor and God's kingdom .
