The Resurrected Men's group was founded by Patsor Carl Meade in 1998, fourteen years (14) after Pastor Meade received a revelation from God to bring men back from dead lifestyles. There and then the name Resurrected Men was born Pastor Meade was the first president of this ministry and it was then transferred to Roger Belcon In the year 2000 in which he served for 11 months. The presidency position was then transferred to Derek Taylor who served for four (4) years which after was transferred to Trevor Edwards who served for two and a half (2 1/2 years ) and then unto Elder George Mc Kain. Since the inception of the men's group, the number fluctuated from ten (10) to twenty eight(28) men per annum. It has never reached the goal and expectations of the Pastor which is at forty (40). All this fluctuation never decreased Pastor Meade's vision to resurrect men from their dead lifestyles. During the period 1994 to 2010 the men's group has been dismantled for about four occasions because of lack of support, discipline and commitment of men attendance even though great measures and strategies to recreate the method of leadership was implemented by Pastor Meade. In the year 2009 the men's group went into a deep sleep whereby they met only on Sundays for one year. With such, a great burden fell upon (Elder Daniel Phillip) for the men to be resurrected once again as a group. In the month of February in the year of 2011 he was given the men's group to revitalize and energize back to the original position that suites the vision and understands the heart of Pastor Meade. Activities that was implemented in the men's group since Elder Daniel's appointment are:

1. Church visitations

2. Financial restructuring(/handling of finance in the men's group)

3. Accountability

4. Constructive meetings

5. Keeping the vision alive before the men

6. Ensuring all Pastor's needs are met

7. Transparency

8. Individual men participation

Also in 2012 God place a burden on Elder Daniel heart to do a Men In Concert where only men will perform and show case their talents. For the past 4 years this vision has been maturing and has been very successful based on what he wanted to achieve. Men In Concert takes place on the 30th of May annual at World Outreach Church Ministries But by the grace of God we are going to have it at a larger venue next to accommodate more people.

These things was observed by the Pastor and he has seen growth in the men's group and he has commended Elder Daniel and all those who supports and makes an input in the resurrected men group to bring the vision from God to Pastor Meade come to pass.
